Scientific Advisors -Eligibility

In accordance with the provisions of rule 103 of the Patents Rules, 2003 a roll of Scientific Adviser is required to be maintained and up-dated annually by the office of the Controller General of Patents, Designs and Trade Marks. Scientific Advisors having following qualification and experience

1. He should hold a degree in science, engineering, technology or equivalent;

2. At least fifteen years’ practical or research experience; and

3. Holds or has held a responsible post in a scientific or technical department of the Central or State Government or in any organization.
