Patent Agent Exam is an opportunity for potential candidates to register and work legally as the "Registered Patent Agents". This year "2010" the total number of candidates who appeared for the Examination was 1019 out of which 223 candidates have been declared passed who are eligible for registering as Patent Agent. The result was declared this week in the official website of Intellectual Property Office (India). The pattern for the examination was also revised this year which was made more analytical and mentally challenging.
I would like to congratulate all the candidates passing in the exam, especially my friend and batch mate from "NAARM" (National Academy of Agricultural Research and Management), the gold medalist for the course of PGD-IPTMA (Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights and Technology Management in Agriculture) Ms. Ruchica Goyal to be one of the qualifying candidates in the exam.
